The Core

The short version of it all…

Man was made to live, already full.
God worked, then rested, and we live in the era of His rest.
We were made to live from the place of His rest, already full.

Having all our needs satisfied, now then, we live.
When man seeks to live to fill his needs, it is the compromise of the entire design;
For nothing can sustain or dare to satisfy the eternal desire of man with the temporary.
And, if left unchecked, man will live consuming and stripping from life, the life within,
And be left all the more unsatisfied and broken, with a dramatic tale of destruction in his wake.

The desire of man is vast, and in this age, is merely sedated;
For if man was to wake one morning to his need and hunger,
The heavens would shake from the groan that bellows forth.

The greatest tragedy is the sedation of our desire, with that which does not satisfy.

He is the more we seek, the life we long for.
